About the project

A collection of typographic design exercises made in the context of the 36 days of type challenge, where participants must design a letter every day. To make the challenge more manageable Andrea Amín, Verónica Arancibia and myself divided the letters between the three of us, affording us 3 days to design each letter. Each of us approached the project from their own perspective, designing type with their respective skills and interests, with the sole restriction of using our shared color palette.

For my letters (B, E, H, N, Q, R, T, W, Z) I made code sketches exploring different interactions and ways to allow the geometry of the type to be played with and explored. These can be interacted with on CodePen.
